Ayesha Takia

Ayesha Takia Azmi has worked as acting in Hindi films since the year 1986. Ayesha won Filmfare's Best Debut Award in 2004 due to her role as the main character in Taarzan The Wonder Car. The film was her debut as an actor. In the following years, Takia was in films such as Paathshaala (2011) Wanted (2009) Salaam-E-Ishq (2006) and Socha Na Tha (2007). The first commercial she appeared in was for Complan the well-known drink that promotes good health. She appeared in their iconic commercial "I'm a Complan boy, I'm a Complan girl alongside Bollywood star Shahid Kapoor. She also appeared in the remix song Nahin Nahin Abhi Nahin. She rose to fame due to the popularity of this song during India's period of remixes. It was at this point that she began to receive offers to star in Bollywood film productions. Taarzan The Wonder Car was known late to the debut of Takia, and was intended to be in the film Socha Na Tha but was delayed by production issues. After she was criticized by her father-in-law politician Samajwadi Party MLA Abu Azmi's opinion on retribution for victim of rape as well, Ayesha showed her moral courage. In an PETA India campaign, she signed the public announcement that she was vegan. The year 2006 saw her ranked as one of the Top Popular Indian women. Ayesha Takia's cheeks are swollen, large lips and wide eyes which suggest that she had plastic surgery. It's heartbreaking to realize that her fans are so sad about their beloved actress.
